"Beth is the most energetic and entertaining presenter I have had the pleasure of encountering during my many years of training and development experience. Not only is she an expert at what she teaches, but she lives her life as a true expert in leadership, while developing herself and others every day. She is inspiring and motivational, and will encourage people to step outside of their comfort zones and experience learning in a whole new way."

"I had the distinct pleasure of observing Beth's masterful training skills when she spoke to my Values-Based Leadership class at DePaul University nearly two years ago. She conducted a highly interactive, informative and well-paced workshop on the topic of "Meeting the Challenges in the Intergenerational Workplace" in a classroom of twenty-four students from the College of Commerce--all Millennials. The presentation and discussion included an in depth description and analysis of the respective characteristics, traits, learning styles, technological skills and the on the job strengths of the Traditionalists, the Boomers, the Gen Xer's and the Millennials.
She had a captive, fully engaged audience and was able to achieve a maximum level of individual, small group and large group participation. This is no small achievement considering that this age group of undergraduates is often associated with a nationwide malady known as the silent classroom syndrome. She truly brought the group to life! Through storytelling and other teaching and training techniques, she brings the real world challenges and opportunities presented by the multi-generational workforce into the classroom in a way that greatly enriches the learning experience of her audience.
As I watched Beth in action, I gained a much deeper appreciation as to why she was so successful at General Growth Properties where she created and directed the company's cutting edge training and development program. Given her impressive professional training background and her array of teaching skills, I would highly recommend Beth and her firm to employers seeking the finest in virtual training programs designed for addressing the complex challenges and opportunities of a growing multi-generational workforce in the global economy."
